    An Interactive Web-based Application as Educational Tool for SCM Course by Using FOSS

    This paper presents the application of free/open source software (FOSS) for teaching and learning one specific topic in Supply Chain Management (SCM) course. In the last few years, there is abundant FOSS for educational tools. However, educator still faces problems to implement such an education FOSS for improving the quality of education i.e. customizing of software function, developing of a specific educational media, and illustrating of a course content. The purpose of this research is to design an educational tool for increasing efficiency in conveying subject matter especially distribution problem. It has a module of real distribution problem in commodity paddy was captured. We crated an interactive Web-based application by using WSDL, PHP and My SQL, and SOAP.     2010. Pengantar Karya Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Perancangan Font Baru Dengan Mengadaptasi Dari Motif Batik Parang. Adapun permasalahan yang dikaji adalah bagaimana Bagaimana merancang Font Type baru yang diadaptasi dari motif batik geometris “ Parang” yang baik dari segi estetika maupun fungsi. Tipografi merupakan representasi visual dari sebuah bentuk komunikasi verbal dan merupakan properti visual yang pokok dan efektif. Hadirnya tipografi dalam sebuah media terpan visual merupakan faktor yang membedakan antara desain grafis dan media ekspresi visual lain seperti lukisan. Lewat kandungan nilai fungsional dan nilai estetiknya, huruf memiliki potensi untuk menterjemahkan atmosfir-atmosfir yang tersirat dalam sebuah komunikasi verbal yang dituangkan melalui abstraksi bentuk-bentuk visual. Perancangan font baru ini akan diadaptasi dari motif batik parang. Motif batik parang adalah motif batik asli indonesia yang di rancang sebagai ageman khusus untuk kerajaan mataram. Sudah saatnya para desainer jeli melihat daya tarik lokal untuk diolah menjadi daya tarik global. Kekayaan motif batik ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi berbagai macam produk baru yang tidak hanya sebatas pada dunia fashion saja.     Pariwisata merupakan salah satu industri yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi bagi suatu negara. Pariwisata selalu berkaitan erat dengan berbagai unsur penunjang pariwisata seperti food & Beverage, dimana dewasa ini berbagai macam restaurant berlomba-lomba untuk memberikan kepuasan sebagai salah satu cara bersaing dalam ketatnya persaingan saat ini. Tuntutan persaingan yang baik akan selalu terikat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebab kepuasan adalah evaluasi tentang seberapa banyak pengecer bisa memenuhi atau melampaui harapan pelanggan (Levy dan Weitz dalam Emel Kursunluoglu, 2014:529). Memberikan hal unik dan berbeda adalah salah satu cara untuk memberikan kepuasan. OOPEN Restaurant hotel IBIS Trans Studio Bandung melakukan strategi distinctive capabilties dimana didalamnya terdapat reputation dan innovation (Walters,2002:203)Jay Prakash Mulki & Fernando Jaramilo (2011:362) “ Reputasi secara positif memiliki hubungan keterikatan antara nilai yang diterima konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen”, begitu pula dengan innovation dan kepuasan pelanggan yang telah menjadi strategi pengatur dan meningkatkan produktifitas dan kinerja perusahaan (Nemati et al dalam Alexandra Simon, Luc Honore Petniji Yaya, Stanislav Karapetrovic, Marti Casadesus, 2014:183).Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 responden yaitu wisatawan yang berkunjung ke OOPEN Restaurant Hotel IBIS Trans Studio Bandung dengan penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian terhadap kepuasan, reputation dan innovation memiliki penilaian kepuasan yang tinggi dan innovation sebagai dimensi dengan penilaian kepuasan tertinggi dibandingkan dengan reputation,berdasarkan uji hiipotesis secara simultan reputation dan innovation memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sedangkan secara parsial innovation merupakan dimensi yang berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction.;---Tourism is one of industry that has an important role in promoting economic growth of a country. Type of research is descriptive verification method is explanatory survey and cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 106 respondents, the tourists who visiting OOPEN Restauran IBIS hotel Trans Studio Bandung, technique of sampling used proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques and test hypothesis is multiple regression. The results showed if scorring of customer satisfaction, reputation and innovation has a high score of satisfaction, and innovation is the most dimension within highest scoring of customer satisfactionon than reputation, the resuly on simultan hypothesis showed if the reputation and innovation give effect to customer satisfaction.     ABSTRACT Economic stability has an important role in nation’s development. The stronger the economy, the more a nation could improve its development, and vice versa. The economic growth could be supported by the number of entrepreneurs in a country. To increase the economic growth, there should be at least 2% entrepreneurs of the total population (Darwanto, 2012). In fact, the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still lagging with only 1,56%. As a part of entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship is one of the factors that could bring positive impact to the nation’s development since it helps the country to solve social problems that occurs (Acs, 2010). Ikatan Pencinta Batik Nusantara is one of the social enterprises that put its concern on the socio-cultural problem in Indonesia, focusing on the young generation. For the past four years, the government fund for Ikatan Pencinta Batik Nusantara was declining. It is believed that the organization must become independent and improving its performance in order to be sustainable enough in conducting its programs. The objective of this study is to give recommendation to Nusantara as the future look of the organization, based on the evaluation of the current performance. Qualitative research was used in this study. Four respondents who were the founders of of Ikatan Pencinta Batik Nusantara were chosen to answer nine interview questions in order to give proper information regarding the organization. Case study analysis was chosen in this study in order to apply solutions to current problems based on past problem-solving experiences, and the sampling technique was purposive sampling which means taking sample with certain considerations. These certain considerations are, for example the individuals that are considered as the individuals who know most about the information that we wanted to get Result revealed that there is a gap on the utilization of social need, social venture capital, external stakeholder and internal stakeholder in Ikatan Pencinta Batik Nusantara that should be fitted. It is recommended that for the future, the organization considers the actual social condition especially on young generation, improving its own business unit, and conducting a specification of job allocation for its internal stakeholder, in order to increase its performance and become sustainable.     Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis dengan Pembelajaran Metakognitif

    This research aims to find out the influence of mathematics learning with a metacognitive approach to creative thinking skills and mathematical problem solving students of Grade X TKR SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). The subject of this study was grade X students of SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup which numbered 34 people. Data collection using observation sheets and test sheets. The results showed that the implementation of class actions with metacognitive learning performed well. Students' mathematical creative thinking skills improved, if in the pretest results only 5 students achieved the good category, then in the posttest results as many as 24 students have reached the good category. Indicators solve problems in less categories in pretes and in posttest test results mathematical troubleshooting capabilities show an improvement. The pretest results did not reach either category, so in the posttest results for cycle I as many as 11 students reached the good category and in the posttest result cycle II as many as 28 students were able to achieve the good category. In conclusion, learning mathematics with an effective metacognitive approach improves the creative thinking and mathematical problem solving skills of students in Grade X of SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup.     FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENAWARAN TENAGA KERJA ANAK (STUDI KASUS KEC. GUBENG, KOTA SURABAYA) Oleh : Bayu Putra Sukmana ABSTRAKSI Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pendapatan Keluarga, Jumlah Anak Dalam Keluarga, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Keluarga berpengaruh terhadap Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Anak di Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh, diantara Tingkat Pendapatan Keluarga, Jumlah Anak Dalam Keluarga, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Keluarga terhadap Penawaran Tenaga kerja Anak di Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan, dimana data tersebut didapat dari pengisian kuisioner oleh sampel yang telah ditentukan di Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya. Model analisis ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan variabel bebas, yaitu Tingkat Pendapatan Orang Tua (X1), Jumlah Anak (X2) dan Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua (X3) secara bersama- sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Anak (Y) diperoleh hasil Fhitung sebesar = 4,469 > Ftabel = 2,84. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial variabel Pendapatan Orang Tua (X1) dan Jumlah Anak (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Anak (Y) dengan menggunakan uji-t dimana untuk Tingkat Pendapatan Orang Tua (X1) t hitung = -1,876 < t tabel = 2,010, variabel Jumlah Anak Dalam Keluarga (X2) t hitung = -0,361 < t tabel = 2,010 Untuk Pengujian secara parsial variabel Tingkat Pendidikan Keluarga (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Anak di Surabaya (Y) diperoleh hasil t hitung = 3,662 > t tabel = 2,010. Pada tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari a sehingga Ho ditolak atau dengan kata lain Hi diterima.     Preaching is fundamental to the ministry of a pastor. It is the heart of pastoral service anywhere. Challenges in preaching and novel approaches in homiletical arts have been extensively studied. However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought a new paradigm to the field of homiletics that is worthy of investigation. This study is a pilot project investigating the experience of Seventh-day Adventist pastors preaching during the pandemic. The loss of human interaction, adaptation to technology, the change of duration, and emerging personal stress due to numerous limitations in preaching during the pandemic are the experience that participants expressed in the study. These findings highlight the need for balancing the dynamic relationship between humans and technology while providing a reminder of one the most critical aspect of homiletics, and that is the preacher themselves.     Douyou adalah salah satu puisi yang berasal dari Jepang. Perbedaannya douyou dilagukan dan diiringi oleh instrumen musik (shamisen, suling, dan keyboard). Douyou banyak mengangkat tema alam penanda musim semi, musim panas, musim gugur, musim dingin. Penanda itu disebut kigo. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kigo shizen penanda musim semi, musim panas, musim gugur, musim dingin. Kigo shizen terdiri dari jikou, tenmon, chiri, doubutsu, dan shokubutsu. Rumusan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1. Bagaimana kigo shizen pada douyou dalam Minna No Douyou volume 1, 2, 3 2. Bagaimana makna kigo shizen pada douyou dalam Minna No Douyou volume 1, 2, 3 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut data dianalisis menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sander Peirce, konvensi ketaklangsungan ekspresi, pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik. Hasil dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Kigo shizen: 1. Jikou: Haru : 1) Haru melambangkan kebahagiaan. Natsu: 1) Natsu melambangkan kenangan. Aki : 1) Aki melambangkan kecemasan.
